Refund and Credit Requests
If you need to request a refund or store credit, please contact our Support Team. Each case will be reviewed individually, taking into account the digital nature of the product and whether a preview or product description was available before purchase.
No Refunds in the Following Cases
We do not offer refunds or credits under these circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You purchased the wrong item or made a purchase by mistake.
- You lack the knowledge, software, or tools to use the product.
- The request is based on goodwill without valid justification.
- You lost access to the product because:
- The seller removed the item from the platform, or
- Your account was suspended or restricted.
Important: We strongly recommend downloading your purchased files immediately after completing your order.
Refunds for Technical Issues or Listing Errors
We may grant a refund under the following conditions:
- Technical issues: If the STL file is corrupted, incomplete, or not functioning as described, and cannot be resolved with our support.
- Incorrect listing: If a product was listed with the wrong price or incorrect description due to a typographical error, 3dtypeface reserves the right to cancel or reverse the transaction. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
